Hes joining Kalamunda as well.
So the rumour is true :approve:
110 Super Games for the Canes and 11 Tests for AB's, great signing.
Welcome to him - great to get a player of his calibre on board, and seems to still be playing at the highest level - 22 games for Gloucester this season (16 starts) and 5 tries.
I'm wondering whether lock is our area of greatest need, as Lee-Warner and Bardoul looked a good combination, and we have Josh Furno and Leon Power still to come, but how can you turn down having a player like Thrush around the club?
Wow!
However it’s been a rather unfortunate name.......
I'd hate to share my name with this guy too...

Is he purely a player or is he in the Fourie mould as in a player/(lineout) coach??
Great signing.
Get's him much closer to home.
Thrush was the 4th choice Lock for the ABs for the 2015 RWC and he was disappointed that they only took 3 to England.
Hence the move to Gloucester.
Seems like we're building depth in preparation for next year and signing on players when they become available.
This is the end of the main rugby comps in Europe.
If we didn't grab Thrush now he wouldn't be available later.
Hodgo is doing a fantastic job in building the squad for WSR.
From what we saw last week, a strong forward pack and co-ordinated, solid defence is the foundation of the game plan.
Sounds good to me.
Excited as we further develop and test our attack.
I wonder if there's more to come?
I must admit, I am sitting back and marvelling at Hodgo's ability to recruit players.
Is this the All Black thats rumored to be coming from last month. Or another guy?
