We'll see........ I thought he was signed to the Reds for next season? Be nice to have him back though! Imagine him and Cummins in the same back line.

If the Eastern States press can start a sensational story based on nothing, then dammit, we can too.
:yeah:
Not interested, he can't demonstrate a commitment to anything that doesn't fold up in his hip pocket

Verbal agreement?

why bother - so he can say he is missing his mum again?
Would want to see the signature and from the horses mouth before waisting any energy on excitement.
Yada, yada, yada. Leave him in Qld where he belongs.
Come on guys. Give the guy a break. It kind of sucked when he left us, but back then we still had Staniforth, Mitchell, Shepherd, Cummins and a handful of other good backs. It would've been a waste of talent if he'd stayed with us and stayed on the bench.
I'd have him back here. We could definitely use another top winger.
Well I heard from an unreliable sauce EWF have been trying to sign Hugh McMenimum. Seeing as he had previously tried to lure his mate digby to Japan.........pure speculation of course.
Not really too fussed either way
- If he comes, then all good. Be nice to have some more talent in the backline.
- If he doesn't no big dramas. We're probably better off giving someone else a go who will stick around for the forseeable & not fu*k off to Japan after one year!
I kinda like not having ego-tistical superstars in the team & especially in the back line. Will make it oh so much sweeter when they light it up next year!
Now FFS go and get a classy 12!
Wow that's great news, perhaps he could bring Harris with him, he hasn't signed anywhere yet has he :sarcastic:
Yeah we desperately need a 12. The thing is where do we get him from!? Any Northern Hemisphere players will only be interested if it means there is no chance of them playing for their country which probably means they will be old or shite or both. We need someone who isn't too long in the tooth with international experience or at least the potential to play at that level. And we have to some how attract that someone to our struggling S15 franchise. We need to look for either some young gun who is a bit wet behind the ears, but has great potential or get our cheque book out and try and get a player like Conrad Smith or someone of his calibre. Maybe even having a look at the NRL. We might be able to get a NH hemisphere player for the latter part of the season as theirs finishes in April.
I would love to see him return. He has learned how to catch a ball since he left.
