Do they actually stop and think what they're saying before they send this stuff out?
Link then goes to a Ticketek page where, of course, you can't buy tickets for Perth... are we just being trolled at this point?
This tells you a lot about how that organisation called 'ARU' is run. Pretty insulting!
Arrogance personified.
With such a big fixture like a Springbok test being played at such a small venue, maybe the test is already sold out?
...:rolleyes::P
(The above was not to be taken seriously.)
I'm sick of this shit.

Dear ARU,
I find it insulting that in the same breath that you unreasonably announce that my super rugby team will be killed, you call me a "valued super rugby member"
Surely you made a mistake and intended this email to be received only by members of the waratahs, Reds and brumbies.
The link doesn't even allow me to buy tickets to a test in Perth. I'm afraid you have let your east coast bias get in the way of common decency once again.

I just had a thought that it doesn't let us buy tickets for the Perth test because it's only an on sale for the June Tests, where as Perth is hosting a Rugby Championship Test.
However the "valued Super Rugby member" part is the part that grinds my gears...
true, and I originally thought as much but when you click through you get:
And buttons to buy tickets for 6 of those games mentioned.Quote:
"See Rugby in a new light with the Qantas Wallabies in 2017.
First, they take on Fiji, Scotland and Italy throughout June in a series that is going to offer a lot of rugby fans a new and fun-filled experience: Test Matches in the afternoon. Every game kicks-off at 3pm so get down early to experience the festival atmosphere.
The Qantas Wallabies will then aim to reclaim The Rugby Championship. The All Blacks are up first in Sydney before they take on the Springboks in Perth and Los Pumas in Canberra, for two intimate, enthralling encounters!
The season then wraps up in spectacular fashion in Brisbane as the Qantas Wallabies vie to win back The Bledisloe Cup on home soil at one of Australia’s favorite sporting venues, Suncorp Stadium."
But yes, a frigging tone deaf effort to address the "Valued Super Rugby fans" who they want to strip of a team and move the nearest Super rugby match 2750km away!
The reason why its not listed is because I believe that tickmaster are selling the south africa vs australia game in perth. Have no idea why its different but its on there, however I dont think the codeword works yet...
I was thinking should I hit the reply button and writing Go f....................but it would be a little pointless.
I just returned it saying please resend when the decision on the future of the Force is decided and if the Force was axed I would never again support the ARU or the Wallabies!
My contribution:
To the Eastern States Rugby Union,
As a Western Force supporter and member, I find your description of me as a "Valued Super Rugby Member" to be utterly insulting considering the level of disdain which the Directors of your (dis)organisation, with the exception of Mr Geoffrey Stooke OAM, have treated the club that I love and support.
Please consider re-sending this once the decision on the future of the Force is decided, bearing in mind that if the Force are axed I will never again support another event organised or sanction by your Eastern States Rugby Union!
Regards,
A "Valued Super Rugby Member"
BTW do we have email addresses for the scum-members (oops I mean board-members) so we can forward our thoughts onto them as well?
Love it thug. I wish I'd waited for your post before replying. I would have copied and pasted
