Matfield running back to Bulls

May 02, 2008 SOUTH Africa lock Victor Matfield, man of the match in the 2007 Rugby World Cup final win against England, is returning home to play for the Bulls after a brief spell at French second-division club Toulon.
Matfield's contract, which commences in July, will keep him at the Bulls until October 2011, the Super 14 franchise said in a statement.

its a little bit surprising to me considering the bakkies botha and wickus van heerden legal action to leave the bulls and the rumours of player unrest.
