Signed by the Emirates Western Force on a rookie contract for the 2010 season, Stefano was regarded as one of the best schoolboy talents in Australia throughout 2007 and 2008.

In 2009 Stefano was restricted to playing Colts until he turned 18, at which stage he was immediately promoted to Premier Rugby and showed maturity beyond his years.

Tackling Stef has been described as ‘like trying to tackle smoke’ his amazing footwork and deft running continually leaves defensive lines wondering.
