How many other people feel they wasted at least an hour of their lives adjusting various clocks on Sunday not to mention the fact tha one end of Subi is a suicide mission with the sun in yer face
thankfully I don't travel on the roads much .. but I am noticing the colour in my curtains is returning
I vote for, but I also understand the other side of the argument. However, many people that I have talked to, who are not in favour, do not have sensible arguments and it appears that they just don't like change, which is extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately the hot March weather has also worked against the for vote but I hope we can see through another two years to give it a genuine go and maybe swing the "I don't like change" vote.
You sure your vote isn't revolving around the single ticket item of more daylight to drink at :jbs: without getting grounded, TEF? :D
Another fine point you make.....it's all about me.;)Quote:

we dont need it. when the hour of sun in the evening is on most people are sitting on there arse watching tv anyway.
Yeah, training is so much more bearable once it's cooled down a bit in the evening, albeit with the weather of the last few days it hasn't really made much of a difference!
Looking forward to making proper use of the ground lights I (we) delivered so many many phonebooks to pay for :P
Also, most nights, I go to bed with or shortly after the sun, so now I'm much more rested :D

I vote to keep it - you can get 2 S14 games in before it gets dark and the boss can't complain you watch rugby all night!
I can't really see the no argument as intelligent, really...The sun is up earlier and earlier as spring turns to summerand the natural body clock, well mine anyway, seems to wake me up earlier and earlier...Then at the end as it begins to get darker earlier and sun rises later, so we get an extra hour in bed for a few weeks till our body clocks readjust...I think it is natural to have it, no matter what the tired cows think, or how dull your curtains get, etc...
Ever rowed?
Ever rowed in the dark?
It Sucks.
Daylight Savings Also Sucks.
I hope it gets voted out before next time.
Rowers look forwards to summer so that its bright when you leave. Now that DLS is here the only difference between rowing in the winter and rowing in the summer is that its rough in the summer.
Please end daylight savings. Now.
