WANNA SEE FIJI?
You could do worse than to be at Palmyra RUFC at Tompkins Park Alfred Cove at. 6PM.
Don't tell them I told you.
Well, the Fijians arrived at 6 and trained solidly under lights for a couple of hours. They were particularly concerned to experience the night time conditions, dew, humidity ball dampness etc.
They went through some general ball handling skills, scrum machine practice, lineouts, and finished with some touch and a warmdown.
Nothing flash but a solid routine run.
A good representation of the local Fijian community was present, considering the cold and windy weather.
Not sure what they are doing tomorrow night, according to the local team liason officer they will be at Wests Subiaco, and according to a team source they hope to be back at Palmyra.
-
Of course they'd hope to be at Palmyra...
-
Sorry, I've had a few beers. And your point is, Coachie?
Actually, this sounds more abrupt than is intended. Non capisco. Honest.
-
FS, do you think the Fijians can handle the Tah front row?
-
Although they (the visiting Fijian team) may dream of another session at the picturesque Tompkins Park, they must face the stark reality of a cold and ugly training session at Wests-Subiaco..
capire?

-
