5 Seeds ain't a bad drop for a beer priced cider. Mercury is OK too, but I get a headache after 2 bottles, upside is it goes away again after 3 bottles :D
Zambezi Lager FTW!!!
best local beer would have to be Little Creatures.
I'm a fan of the Wychwood beers they are quite bold if you see one around give it a try. I think the Hobgoblin would be at the top of my list.
Close, Its the 'not far away enough' can.

I've been saving this for a rainy day.
It's probably improving with age...
How many of these top 50 have you tried?

I've had more of the German and Belgium than any others.

Tusker from Tanzania and Kenya... Mosi from Zambia ... are O.K. but Knappstein is great drop especially for a winery!!!
quite a few of them.I would rate the alpha pale ale higher than little creatures pale ale though.
but hey,what would I know?
yes I would rate Knappstein right up there
Put a couple of people onto the Knappstein before the game on Saturday they where really impressed. It is expensive which is prohibitive plus I can’t get it in Karratha.
Of that list i have only had 6 of them, which really isn’t enough. Can’t believe that Feral White didn’t make the list!!
I've tried 1,2,4,7,8,11,12,17,18,22,23,43,47,49,50 - 15/50
I have to agree that the Epic range from NZ is awsome beer (Pale Ale is my favorite). We were introduced to it in a trendy little bar in Gisborne on this years InnFORCEers Tour :approve:
I've tried half a dozen, and really should get down to trying a few more. Especially in July when demand might be a bit lower.
Mind you, I had a look at the list of UK beers, and I'm a little concerned with how the list is compiled. They have 13 beers from the same brewery in the top 50 and include such egregious monstrosities as: Bass, Sam Smiths Imperial Stout and Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. Indeed, unless you are a stout, porter or IPA you don't seem able to get on the list. I sense a distinct bias in the judging panel.
I've tried a few of the Hitachino's from Japan not sure which ones or if they were good or not, I just remember the Owl on the bottles. Actually I was with Jedi when he was in Philly a couple years ago.
Favourite drop at the moment is James Squire Golden Ale....served on Qantas flights.
