I liked the gas on Corey Brown. Reckon he would be well worth a shot for the EPS.

Correct that Cory looks a keeper. Stubbs looked good and a meat pie for McAffery? I thought the uncapped players all held up here hands.
Not the result we wanted but defence was good in patches. We kept drifting in leaving he wings wide open. Missed tackles were very frustrating but when you take into account you have a player of O'Driscols calibre and skill swerving passing on the inside of an uncapped player you have to just hope they have learnt something from the experience.
No go give it to the 'turds!
I was sitting in the clouds behind the posts and the one thing I couldn't get over was the lateral speed of the lions attack. I'm not sure whether it was our backs being shit or whether they were just bloody amazing, but I had trouble with them all of a sudden appearing on the other side of the field with no force players out there.
Robbie will also need to find something to combat their play with two runners either side of the ball carrier, they generated so many running options of different lines off this simple setup it's obvious they have trained it extensively.

No but he does as a "new" signing for 2014.
i.e. not here in 2013
any idea who?
Nathan Sharpe to come out of retirement and play one more season for the Force
hope it is DHP, i thought he had big kahunas last night trying some risky plays that on the most part he pulled off. its risk takers that win games (obviously within reason) our back line has lacked this so far this year.
i still love how he put the ball down on his foot behind our try line, and managed to run outside of the 22. was great, except he knocked it on when he was finally tackled.
there was a risky move, which was well executed except for the ball retention. I believe he even informed the ref that he was going to do it so that he didn't get pulled back.
Great news so we are starting to build up a nucleus of Western Australian lads who will be playing for the force I am pleased this should give lads who are in the older ages of the junior competition and the lads who have been picked to represent the state real incentive to realise that a full time contract at the force is a real possibility
I am getting excited Rugby in this state is starting to really go places!
