Only just now? ;)
This season yeah. Have tried to remain faithful.

I don't like to be super critical of someone that pulls on the Wallabies jumper; but I'm afraid Pat Mcabe has been an exception to this.
During the Super 15 season I always thought he was a bit of a weak link in terms of his predictability and most importantly due to his absolute disregard from the importance of body height in contact. He runs like he has a carrot up his arse. Mcabe believes he can bust tackles; but honestly I am yet to see it at test level.
Berrick Barnes is a class player who can control a game so well and adds so so much more to the side its not even comparable. When Mcabe was selected in the Wallabies squad I thought it was a bit of a joke; but the fact that he has been starting and may do so in the QF is beyond believable.
Berrick is to me one of the soundest defenders in the centres, I don't know where the comments about him being a weak link on defense comes from because it is total bullshit.
Berrick can kick, pass, create opportunity, tackle and control the game better than Pat Mcabe. Barnes is the man for the job.
I'm sorry to say; but if Pat Mcabe starts that's goodbye World Cup 2011.
On another note Sharpie better damn well be in the squad ahead of Simmons.
Love your work Shaun
McCabe is a kiwi plot to undermine our RWC chances. The conspiracy has been revealed
The dingo was planted to f'uck our rugby
The bloke is not a 12.......agree with everything Shaun says so won't bother
Mccabe is a predictable plodder
Looks like Robbie has done the unthinkable...
McCabe might offer something useful in attack, with the way he was manhandled by the Irish, the Bok forwards will be queueing up to get into that up to their elbows.......Quade just needs to run to the line and throw one of those bloody magic face balls past McCabe and the pack awaiting the massacre to a rampaging Digby on the outside shoulder......those Yarpies are almost smart enough to figure out their mistake on the plane home Monday!
McCabe and AAC are the centers for the job... A solid pair... Plenty of ball runners with QC, Beale, JOC and Digby... Wallabies need tough centers to sort out the boks backs and McCabe will smash them every time... barnes just tackles...
Berricks back up for QC... AS for the Ireland match it was the Irish openside flanker that had a blinder...
The fortune cookie editor returns.

Perhaps in your next life... ;)
McCabe is a useless shite loved by Brumbies only
Muddy wouldn't know if his @rse was on fire
And Muddy proves yet again how extensive his knowledge of rugby is........the Irish open side was ably assisted by the rest of his back row and the locks......every one of their back five outplayed ours that day.....as a matter of fact the front row did their job as well considering they counted their job to be demolishing our scrum.....so yeah, the Irish open side was the only one better than us.
As for McCabe and AAC being the centers we want, well you're plainly masturbating there, did you realize AAC isn't a Brumby any more. If you're talking defense then Ant Faingaa is more aggressive and generally effective in the tackle than McCabe and if you're talking all round Berrick is just as effective in the tackle and far more smart around the paddock......
But I agree that AAC has to be there, that part you managed to luck your way into a reasonable statement
Rob Horne would have been a great player to have avaliable, very unlucky not to have him. I saw on foxsports Mcabe made a statement about how he is not worried about being able to change his gameplan and use lower body height etc, he better be bloody right. Thing is everytime Mcabe gets the ball the bells ring and he thinks his straight running is just going to cut through defenses. He's not going to be running over Jean and Jaque in the centres, they are bloody massive. I wish him the best of luck and hope he proves me wrong; but honestly Barnes is the man for the job.
