I hope Phil Blake coaches with some testicles, more of the same won't win him the job!
Changing things up mightn't win him the job either, but it's the only chance he's got.

He obviously needs someTLC from me! Unfortunately wasn't able to oblige! I'm in Sydney! Damn! :D
FACT - of the 26 man Force squad heading to SA, 12 players have less than 6 Super Rugby caps (most from the bench) and of those 12, 6 players have 1 or 0 Super Rugby caps.
If we even come close to a win in SA we will be doing very well. Can't even see a draw this year.
Cheethas to win with bonus point for tries and Sharks will probably deserve double that.
I'll be happy to see effort and enterprise TIF. Phil Blake has to try something otherwise we're starting from scratch next year

Me too GIGS, but we're still farked!
We usually do much better on the road than at home, especially in Sethefrikor. Most sides try to make their home impregnable, but ours is more like a collander.
The first thing a new coach has to do is instill the concept of the Force Field
Sorry bison, disagree, the FIRST thing a coach has to do is introduce some flexibility into the game plan. Then increase the team attitude, only after that comes results

Agree with all that GIGS, but I wasn't talking about results rather the concept. And thats also intertwined with flexibility and more importantly attitude.
The attitude must be "win at home", its incredible we have a better record on the road than at home. Losing all these games at home, often snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, is mind boggling and will ultimately effect the membership.
