It says it all that Richard Graham needs Ewen McKenzie as a fall back advisor considering how little he has achieved as a coach in his own right. Not one team he's been involved with has actually improved because of his coaching nous and expertise. (sic)
Also we didn't exactly see players flocking to come play for him here.
Time always reveals all and in time the reds will discover that Richard Graham is a dud. He knows his coaching clichés though.
I've noticed that Tic or Toc haven't been on line saying how good he is. Normaly if it comes out of QLAND it's perfect but it appears not in this case!
Maybe it's beginning to dawn on them that there is a good chance that Link will soon be catapaulted into the Wallabies and they will inherit a lemon.

I'm sure they will because their team will 'improve every week' the ball will 'bounce their way soon' and they will 'show great endeavour' with every match they will deal with 'an unusual injury toll' and still 'play with great heart'
Personally, I'd rather improve and play to potential, but Queenslanders aren't all that smart so they might buy his bullshit.
They are either in love with him already. Or they hate him.
OK I'll bite. I wasn't going to offer an opinion as you won't like it.
I think its time that you all stopped sooking about him and got on with life. Same goes for the Force playing group. If you want to blame one man for the current state of affairs, then you might as well pack it in.
Truth is that there is a lot of hard work ahead to rebuild the Force to be competitive again. I really hope it can happen. But if you want to look back in life, you'll just get a sore neck.
I don't know how he will go at the Reds, but I suspect that he will go pretty well. I actually thought he had the EWF quite competitive early in the year with a weak roster. It's a shame that he left, in some ways, because I suspect he could have built something over there.
Why don't you use this excellent website to support the new bloke? From what I've seen so far, many of you have already dug his grave before he has even had a chance.
Sorry to be blunt, but you invited an opinion from a fresh set of eyes.
It would be a bit strange supporting the new bloke in the Reds sub forum ;)
We weren't very competitive early at all this year.
Preseason - L 25-0 Brumbies.
L 41-10 Reds
Rnd 1 L 19-17 Brumbies in a very ragged affair
Rnd 2 L 35-20 Reds. We were never close in this one.
Rnd 3 L 46-19 Hurricanes. Never close in this one either.
Rnd 4 W 21-20 Waratahs. Tahs were as bad as us all year.
Rnd 5 L 30-29 Rebels. We were getting flogged until Cipriani went off injured.
Rnd 6 W 45-19 Reds. Reds were in crisis at this time.
Rnd 7 L 20-12 Chiefs. Would have been worse if Chiefs had executed better.
Rnd 8 L 23-18 Tahs. Battle of the strugglers.
Rnd 9 L 17-3 Stormers. Heavy rain killed any running rugby.
This is about wher Graham left. As you can see his record this year was 2W and 9L. Not exactly the stats of a competitive team. Graham had taken over the year previous and had a good chance to make his mark with results and recruitment and he did neither. We were one of the ugliest teams to watch this year especially early on and then to abandon ship a la Costa Condia, has left a sour taste.
We do look back at Grahams tenure as Head Coach with disgust because he had ample opportunity as an assistant aswell as Head Coach to show his value and in all honesty his tenure did more to harm the Force than Firepower. Members are leaving in droves, unhappy with the teams performance which is directly related to Grahams performance as Head Coach. Recruitment was a debacle, every aspect of our gameplan was frustrating to watch (poor kick after poor kick after missed tackle after wasted opportunity), his dribble in interviews was of a man who had no idea of what he was doing. Go back and listen to his BS rhetorric about game management when it was clear our team had no direction, no cohesion and a fucking retarded gameplan.
I for one am excited to have Foley on board as he was very limited in what he could do as NSW coach with all the back room BS there. He's been able to snare a couple of shrewd recruits in key positions and has been able to attract some great assistant coaches to be announced.
