I got 2 or 3 emails. I tried following the links. Got a "Forbidden" a couple of times on my phone. So I tried to log-in from the lap top using 2 email addresses I got renewal messages on - "No account with that address". So then I tried a saved log-in in my password manager "Dangerous website if you continue attackers might steal your credit details etc. Finally rang memberships and got it sorted, after quite a few "I'll have to put you on holds" I think I'll stick with phoning in future. :S

I phoned, they found the accounts, apparently still linked to some decade old email despite both accounts receiving all the normal circulars, corrected that and promised a email to the right email address...not a peep since. Haven't mustered the energy to try again yet.

I got an email saying they are doing a couple of open days at HQ that you can go in and they’ll do your membership if that’s any help.

With all that's happened lately, I hope credit details etc were not treated with the same sloppiness in the past. I went through that with the Ticketmaster hack a few years back, despite me ALWAYS declining to save my details to make things "easier" for future bookings.
