Your Foward pack sucks.
Your backline is Awesome.
love to see some clips of the game........would be able to make a better judgement as to our performance....been dredging through Foxtel this morning but nothing :(
You'd reckon that the teams home site may have some mention up of at least the result by now?
I bet they would have if we had of won.....
Hopefully they will at least put clips up of the tries for us.
It was only a trial match - score line doesn't really mean all much, it's what happened (or didn't happen) on the paddock between the players that matters...
I was watching the tennis on 7 and a quick sports update came on and it included a clip of Ryan Cross's try as well as the charge down from chris O' Young's kick.
But what about the singing????
What songa got aired? Did you try the "Stand uppp..."
It was played in Melbourne fermain, the other side of Australia.
I think the crew may be going to have a crack at it next weekend when we play Manu Samoa back in Perth ;)
I agree with you on this one dude, it shows how the players are gelling together, and how well they interact on the paddock prior to the season, blowing out the off season cobwebs....It all looks good, with next weeks game with samoa being a real chance to see the final complete Force package with all hands on deck, will be great to watch (wish i could be there)...Quote:

7000 was the reported crowd...
They played at footy ground which was surprising.
I saw footage of the 1 of the 2 second half tries by the crusaders (also saw the first half try by Cross).
The try was caused by O'Young trying a box kick from scrum half and kicking it directly into the ruck in front of him, ball rebounded behind him gathered by Crusaders, try time. Shocking kick, unfortunate but these things happen especially early on and in trial games. The second was aparently caused when Diggers didn't ground the ball. Cross made the try look easy, good angle back against the wide ball trotted over basically untouched.
Unfortunately the whole lot of footage shown was about 25 seconds so its pretty hard to tell what we played like. From Mitchells comments though we controlled teh game for large periods of time. And if you look at when the points where scored it was once the Force had basically substituted everyone.
I would n't take too much from this game other than it looks like we are gonig to have a good battle going on for the number 13 jersey.
