It's also the employee's that want to stay in synch with the rest of the world that put pressure on us to move milking times. Being an hour out of synch with the rest of the world is also a pain in the ass.
Moving milking times, particularly the afternoon milking places additional heat stress on the cows since it is hotter, while we can take actions to help remedy the stress (high producing cows really suffer in the heat) it is far from ideal.
Meanwhile in other news; how bout we all support Cowboy and the rest of our local cowboys with their "Use by Date" campaign?
