Cook Islands?
Sorry BG, Samoa is on the other side, virtually last to see in the new year...now there's a party plan forming, two new years in one year :D
Possibly a "per capita" contender Gigs but otherwise a bit light on in the rugby market criteria ;)
I remember reading somewhere reading an article about Cook Islands rugby.....there wasn't a size requirement on this little pisstake was there?
Tragic: OK, which country of any significance to the rugby market (or most other markets) celebrates new year first?
Kinda...anyway
Found some useful (or not) sites about RWC 2011...

No, I acknowledge the finals are a different proposition from the pool games ...
Should be held in WA's beautiful S-W - great wines, food, accommodation and beaches. Not too sure about the availability of stadia, though...
England?! Wow, it must have been bad!
Like making love in a canoe...?
That's not great value actually - about 20% down on last year... :S
Waiting outside for tickets can backfire. the last RWC was unique but if you went to Fifa world cup in germany or the Ashes in 2005 where tickets were selling for 10-20 times the face value it doesn't always work.
