Well done boys, what a way to grind out a victory!
Nice gritty win!
Shame it wasn't more open, but it wasn't for lack of trying, you could see that they had stopped hoping for a win and they were trying for a bonus point, but the Cheetahs were blatant in their refusal to clear the ball inside the 22. I don't mind that the two tries came of turnover ball, there would have been more if the penalty count wasn't as high if you know what I mean.
Now on to Cape Town and hopefully another win to round out the KPIs after which we can batter the LIons and pretty much seal a spot in the playoffs (yeah I know that's only nine)
When you look through the fixtures, there are quite a few where teams in the log-jam will cancel each other out. Our matches against the Reds and Brums could decide our fate. The Lions at home is a must. Prefereably with a BP.Quote:

Very lucky not to be a draw. I thought TMO call of no try was wrong. Should have been looked at with full speed. But that's rugby, and sometimes the luck goes our way.
Gather that will be the talking point in SA though.
Great win, but our lineouts need work.. Call in Sir Nathan he'll fix the problem.. :)
Still got his direct line Hertryk?
Seeing something on FB about Cheezel being injured? Any news Sheikh or Andy?
Nathan seemed OK in the hotel bar afterwards - sitting with his parents and joking with Stander and his folks. Maybe something came to light after the adrenaline wore off. It was Nathan's boot which caught Bennie Mac's face - that might be the source of some folk thinking an injury.
Thanks Sheikh. So pleased for him that his folks are there and saw the W :-))
Pub count is looking a bit more respectable; 27 I think. The food is awesome too - no wonder South Africa is the land of the meat eaters; I'm in danger of becoming renamed 'wobble' and PintofWhisky wil be renamed keg.
Very envious lads on both counts, beer and meat, keep up the good work, will get back to you about Captains Run
