Wow...I am like sitting where the players bench was at Subi.
So what you're telling us Coach is that Blocks EEE are the same distance from the field as sideline gold seats in Subi and they're elevated?
[QUOTE=Coach;235608]There were Gold seats behiond the try line at Subi too, no real change there ...
We were sitting near the 22 - now we're sitting behind the try line ... Grrrrrrrrrr!
Here you go. Blue ovak is the Subi oval boundary fence, red rectablge is MES boundary fence and seating blocks, large blue oval is the outer edge of subiaco stadium.
[Edit: This ismage is not accurate - something went awry :S Left it here for refernce. PLease see HERE for an accurate image

Someone may have already made this comment - I'm to lazy to read through 8 pages to find out !
My reading of the FAQs in the leaflet which came with the renewal is that a lot of the seat allocations will change in 2011 anyway. The current block of corporate and Diamond will move when new facilities are built. This will then allow the gold members in EEE7/8 and others up there to move foreward. I would like to know the order in which they allocated seats. I joined on the morning of day one - drove to Perry Lakes as soon as I found out they were open. I ended up with EEE7. When did the people in E4,5,9 and 10 join?
I joined the same morning-got EEE5
for some reason I cannot get the front image to be transparent but this is the best I could do

try using a program called gimp, free to download
then you can add the pictures as layers, and set the transparency in the layers window (ctl+L)
Great free open source program!
thanks i will give it a go
I have Adobe Photoshop Element 7 but is to dumb to use it and to lazy to read the instructions LOL
Wow I knew there was a difference but didn't appreciate how huge it was - just know that in ME we will have some sound effects and see the players faces
The view is going to be so good you will be able to see Sharpie changing his mind
I guess a number of people will share some disappointment with their seat allocations especially when trying to reconcile what they thought they had at Subi (in terms of "priority" based on when they got their original 2005 applications submitted) with what they now perceive to be a downgrading of that priority at MES.
I called RWA last week to try to get some understanding of what had been the basis for the seating allocations this time around and didn't get a satisfactory answer (yes I'm one of the disappointed ones).
As I worked it out, I was in Block 304 row B seats 1&2 (nearest the half way line) at Subi which meant that I was just behind those that were in blocks 303, 302 and maybe 301 in terms of 'priority'. My allocation at MES means that there must have been over 500 people in those three blocks at Subi (ie ahead of me in the 'Diamond' queue) which I find a little hard to believe and a lot harder to get RWA to tell me. Which leads me to consider that perhaps the allocations might not have been as 'ordered and fair' as we were led to believe. Some transparency by the membership dept at RWA would help to alleviate such suspicions but they don't seem interested.
At the end of the day the seating at MES is going to be better than that at Subi but it would make me (and I suspect a number of others) a lot happier if we could see that the allocation process this time around was as fair as it is claimed.
It is also of interest since any future seating allocations might be based on this current ordering of priority.
That's my whinge anyway - and its my first on this forum .........
