yep, i just set the box.
also pressed the 'series link' just to see what happened, and it's linked.
not sure what it will link, probably just all the live games?
Weirdly the NRC has sort of crept up on me; I was thinking of going over to Brisbane for this match, seeing if Jono was around and visiting a few old haunts.
I'm not sure about the other away matches this year: Canberra, Gold Coast & Geelong. Anyone up for an InnForcers tour?
sorry ,golf tour to Thailand in a couple of weeks will have to suffice!
It's playing around a round, right?

Power, Iona & Grant on the bench! Boy we've got some depth this year, haven't we?
No offence to the WSR organisers, this is the REAL part of the season for me.
No offence but not really for me. I am still struggling to come to terms with this being the only competition the RA deem worthy for the Force to be in and I am somewhat still on the fence as to whether this should be the Spirit running out on Sunday instead of the Force. The NRC just seems like such an inferior comp to be involved in I cant quite stomach it just yet. Anyways as they say its time to move on I guess, I wonder how many people turn up at UWA?
Personally, I think the NRC is a great comp and could be so much more if RA and RUPA could just look past their own peckers and get their management in one sock. Remains to be seen what WSR is, but almost regardless I still don't like it being the Force in the NRC...it basically brands WSR as NRC standard. First impressions count, and that is the one it makes. There better be a big pay-off in terms of NRC crowds, otherwise I'd worry the opposite will be true for WSR.
Is it on anywhere other than Fox?

A pretty formidable side, with 8 SR players starting, plus a couple more with 7s experience and plenty of age-representation (including a U20s captain) on the bench. I think Brisbane will be a strong side in the NRC this year.
Just bear in mind, because I have to qualify most of my remarks, I am not talking about WSR in the coming seasons; I am talking about WSR this season, which while fun, was not a competition. While the NRC will be inferior to WSR from next year onwards; this is the resurrected Force's first real competition involvement, and a way to stick it right up the establishment that screwed us.
I cannot bloody wait.
Perhaps someone can confirm this for me but is the Brisbane No.15 the Jaye Thompson that played for Wanneroo but went to Q'Land on a school scholarship?
If so another one lost after Campbell Parata who was with the Roo Dogs
