TIF, a new challenge for you.
Perhaps Bam Bam or JOC as they will be around for a while now.
Well, I've got this going now. Only works on the first post on new threads (which covers what we need)
You can now post a new thread, then copy and paste the entire contents of an article from another website. A little below the submit button in the "Additional Options" section you should find a check box "This thread is an article" - check this, and then paste the articles original URL (web address) into the "Articles Original Link" box.
Then click on Submit Reply.
The post will only show the first 150 words of the article, and then add in a link to the original article. At a time in the future (when the article is probably not much of a draw card for the original publisher) the article will automagically start appearing in it's full form on TWF. So if a website takes down the original, it is still archived on TWF for future generations :)
Give it a go on anything you post from The West or Sunday times and let me know of any bugs - Thanks!
Ooooo. That's clever.
