The FOSUFC and the RA conflict of interest rears it’s ugly head again. That friends list hasn’t been updated since 2015. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Billy P and Phil Waugh’s names on an updated list.

Off track in some ways, but not others:
RA have now signed Jordan Petaia on a four year deal. An 18yo, a handful of Super games, no tests.
Are PwC doing that work pro bono? Because the Rebels don’t have the means to pay the exorbitant rates that PwC charge. Or maybe PwC get free advertising in a sort of a contra arrangement.
It’s utter bullshit either way.
It’s not even thinly veiled anymore; it’s utterly blatant.
Why the hell is no-one at the Reds, Brumbies and Waratahs screaming blue murder about the money pit that is the Melbourne Rebels? What is buying their silence?? What a cess pit. Thank god we’re out of it.
Maybe. But I read it as PwC just providing its services, not giving them any actual money!
Taking money from RA to prop up failed ventures is the usual metric
So who's read Geoff Parkes' apologist waffle on The Roar?
https://www.theroar.com.au/2019/08/0...rugby-success/
Did you notice how Geoff Parkes avoided answering my embarrassing questions and then tried to put me back in my box with a personal remark about me just being a Force fan with a chip on my shoulder. He is quite right, but I dont pretend to be anything else.
However he is a pretender. He pretends he is a balanced journalist, but he is not balanced, especially when it comes to supporting the Rebels over the Force, or on the subject of GRR and Twiggy. He should should just admit his bias, which as a Melbourne resident is to be expected.
Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean someone isn't following you...
It was the same when I was calling out his bs and gave similar responses. He put out a book about Rugby politics and his bootlickers take it is as gospel. I can see numerous holes in it and so can a few others.
He is no different to the likes of Pandaram who need the sources in the inner circle to make a living. I have noticed that Growden hasn’t posted an article since May. Has he been sued/sacked?
I am also a Wallaby fan with a chip on my shoulder about their de-Clyne. The Force, Western Sydney, GRR and Twiggy could be part of the solution to arresting the de-Clyne, but Geoff Parkes is nervous about allowing us to gain too much influence in Australian Rugby.
