Argonaut Gold lose Semi to ACT-Southern NSW
Western Australia's Aronaut Gold team have been defeated by ACT-Southern NSW in the Semi Final of the Australian Rugby Shield title.
In a quality game of rugby, the scores were tied at 7 a piece at the half and 20 a piece at full time sirens forcing the game into extra time. The scores remained locked at 20-20 until only 3 minuites from the end of the 2nd ten minute half when NSW-ACT went over for a try.
Coach Des Thornton said "We played very well, a 200 percent improvement on the Victoria game" and "They [ACT-Southern NSW] were very complimentary after the game", saying it was the best game of rugby they had ever played.
Good work guys, pity there was no home games
