get him off the bench and swap him with rathbone, i can't stand seeing him come on and (more often than not) do something wonderful with less than 7 minutes to go

I'm all for the fresh legs thing, but yeah seriously less than a bees dick on the clock and the last game he made a try ... he's fit enough to drink and play for much longer than that!!
