Remember when the dodgy deals around the cutting of the Force was referred to ASIC?

Just saw this before. Looks like ASIC have been well and truely asleep at the wheel, despite claiming the 'nothing to see here' determinations were actually investigated. I believe that's what the Force came under.

I always thought it was suss they didn't find anything, despite the good work done on this forum exposing potential suspect payments and shell companies shuffling money off shore.
