Change in the weather girls

The long-standing rivalry between Seven and Nine news is set to intensify with rumours today that Seven has poached Nine's weather presenter Angela Tsun as a replacement for Natalia Cooper.

Cooper is believed to have resigned to move to Sydney.

It's not the first time Tsun has stepped into Cooper's shoes; originally from Sydney, Tsun replaced Cooper at Nine in 2008 when she left to go travelling overseas.

Cooper returned from her travels in 2009 to present the weather at Seven after the retirement of veteran presenter Jeff Newman.
Most recently Cooper has also presented Seven's 4.30pm news bulletin.
