"The Departed" Selection
Just having a look through the Debuts and Caps on the Force site and realised there was a reasonable "side" of players who have left us now and only a handful to other S14 teams. From memory there is Matt Windle, Brett Stapleton and I think one other to have left without a cap.
Short a Hooker and a capped Backrow for the Bench but I reckon it actually stacks up pretty well!

This puts things in perspective
Comings and goings will be high at the Force until they develop local talent.
Nothing new under the sun.
Gits is leaving
Wot me worry?
I'd sack him before he undermines the renegotiation of contracts and in particular JOC.

I would say (not counting the initial block move to the Force) that the Reds would come pretty close to higher than this and the Tahs not far behind either.
It's surprising how they add up when you aren't paying attention to the bigger picture all the time. The Brumbies even have had a reasonable turnover in the last four seasons thinking back.

Good research Burgs.
For some it will be a case of the 'grass being greener' somewhere else be it opportunities or money, for some that have moved to Perth there will be the tyranny of distance factor- where they find Perth a bit 'far away' from home (unlike Europe or Japan). The old patriotic days of playing for your state (and maybe even your country) for pride have been flogged to death by the cheque-book.
What ever, It is a fact of life now that professionals go where the money is. So, I guess there will be a regular turnover of players. between states from year to year, contract to contract.
Given that (on match day) there are currently 88 Aus super 14 places, (maybe 110in another couple of years) I guess it makes sense that there will be changes in playing lists as teams strive to get the best possible team on the field.
Even so, it's a pretty amazing list with a couple of wallabies even !
