Throw everything at the NRC this year.
Don't only go to win, but go to destroy opposition and take souls
Should have been trying to win the NRC from the get go.
Be curious to know what the Spirit is this year...now run by the ARU, or all that RWA has left.
No secret I've been critical of how they've treated it so far, but assuming it is now the pinnacle of WA managed rugby, I would:
a) genuinely give every Force player the choice whether to play and for whoever he likes;
b) have anyone not playing on serious rehabilitation (if injured) or extra skills training (if not) with both required to play local club rugby if fit;
c) fill all available spots from local players;
d) seriously go out to win the competition; and
e) maintain the 'team' as the structure in which you mix all the local players in the team with the Force ETS and academy for extra paid training during the SR season.
