That might work in Aus, but in Africa if your skin isnt Dark Chocolate brown you're not a Black African. In South Africa if you are mixed breed you are a Coloured.. Funny thing is though those that are 'Coloured' wear the title with pride.

Are they going to distinguish between "coloured" and "black" now? Does that mean someone who has a European/Indian/Malay surname doesn't count in the quota even if he's the darkest-skinned player in the team?
The other question is when or are they going to stipulate the same for S15 teams!
You can almost see SA dropping down out of the top 7 or 8. They then won't get test match series so no money coming into SA rugby then they will get everyone playing soccer and that horrible apartheid game will be buried in SA.

Saw on the net today that the quota system starts today with the SA schools rugby squad. The SARU has been told that 14 out of the 28 in the squad must be from black, coloured or Indian backgrounds. Anyone know if the IRB has made any comment?
