ARC All Star XV, ARC Uncapped XV & ARC Development XV

Righto, for all you hardcore armchair selectors out there, get your thinking caps on.
At the conclusion of Round 8 we'll be calling for nominations for the "ARC All Star XV", the "ARC Uncapped XV" and the "ARC Development XV".
Eligibility for each will be:

ARC All Star XV-

Named in at least four ARC fixtures.

ARC Uncapped XV-

Named in at least four ARC fixtures, never capped for the Wallabies or other nation.

ARC Development XV-

Named in at least two ARC fixtures, never capped for the Wallabies or other nation, not in or been in any Super 14 Squad. (Including 2007 & 2008 Rookies/Academy Members, ie total cleanskins)

If time allows, I will collate a list of all eligible players for each of the teams and will start a new thread for each at the appropriate time.
