From what I've seen over the years that's a just down payment. Then it gets back to situation normal; once you sign on the dotted line you just keep paying. If you're lucky that's your lot. If your unlucky you could get lumbered with a baloon payment, which can include a house, a couple of cars, a boat and your dog. ;)Quote:
