G'day,

It's been a while between emails so thought I'd jump in with a quick "Best wishes to your mob from my mob" before end of year festivities start getting too out of hand and also pass on a couple of updates.

Of course you could stay up to date on happenings with the Force and all else rugby anytime by visiting TWF, but I digress ....

*Memberships*
Got your Western Force renewal yet? If you are a Diamond, Gold, Silver or 'Supporter' member - you should have! Nickel and Iron members can expect theirs real soon - they started hitting mail boxes yesterday.

*Seating*
Wanna know where your new seat will be? How about comparing it to your old seat at Subiaco Oval? Be sure to drop by TWF - I've put up seating charts and also a map overlaying Members Equity Bank Stadium on Subiaco Stadium so you can get a direct comparision.

*Player of the Year Awards*
Expect another mailout with details of the TWF Player of the Year Award for 2009.

*Trivia*
Did you know that TWF is currently the 2500th most popular site amongst Australians? Worldwide we sit a respectable 160,000. And it's the off season!

Australia holds the record for the greatest victory in a Rugby World Cup, the 142-point margin in its 142-0 annihilation of Namibia in 2003, while New Zealand beat Japan by 128 (145-17) in 1995. The Kiwis and England have both also notched up 98-point wins.

There has been an Australian "Grand Slam" winner every year since the Super14 started! In 2009, the Western Force defeated all other Australian teams. The Waratahs did this in 2008 and 2006, and the Brumbies took out 2007.

With a conference system likely to be in place in 2011, this may well become how Australian finalists are selected in a Super 15 Final Series - the Force would have been in the finals in 2009 had this system already been in place.
