I absolutely agree, and just wish there was something more that could be done. This has been going on for years and about time there was a more equitable process now that WA Vict and the other states...
I too think politics play a large part having participated and read this years Sportal and Green and Gold forums. The easties seem to have the AUS1 and AUS2 teams already selected prior to the DIV1...

From what I have read on the Sportal website, opinions were pretty well locked down with the make up of the Aus Schools side being mainly QLD and NSW. Its a shame that a majority of the selectors...

Yes, the posts from late yesterday were all exclaiming the defeat of NSW1 a great leap forward. Last year the win against QLD2 was good, this win however really puts CS in the box seat for a finals...
With talk of the Adelaide GAYFL team playing at the revamped Adelaide Oval, the West Lakes Stadium becomes a large white elephant with plenty of room. Probably too much for Rugby but, hey. better...
