Hewat demonstrated on two occassions why Eddie and then Knuckles haven't bothered trying him in the Wallaby Squad.
Once with the rushing of the kick (to me it wasn't the miss that was the problem, it was the process) but firstly in defence where he had no idea how to defend his own line to try and get under the ball before it became a try.

On a bright note though, Lachlan Turner, a near-future Wallaby!
He could well break through for his first cap before Pocock, Beale and Cooper, very impressed by his game and the way he goes about things.
