    Burgs Ioane is a sprinter, not a long distance runner. I don't think it really has anything to do with strength vs power.

    Yeah realise the sprinter bit Shaun, but when the race is up a humngo mountain it is more about general fitness and aerobic capacity I would have thought and being pro athletes that should be pretty even so then it would come down to power.
