    WALLABIES coach Robbie Deans, about to re-enter the Tri-Nations fray for the first time since helping the All Blacks to a series win in 2003, has shown his hand for Saturday's Springbok Test in Perth by opting for the added creativity of George Smith and Tatafu Polota-Nau.

    "We're going to have to play," Deans said.

    "We won't be able to be conservative against a side that has the physical capabilities of the South Africans."

    Not that openside flanker Phil Waugh or reserve hooker Adam Freier fall into the stodgy category, but...

    WALLABIES coach Robbie Deans rates the current Springboks superior to their World Cup-winning outfit and believes they're getting hungrier for silverware.

    But even charged with stopping the Boks from clasping one hand on the Tri-Nations trophy this weekend, Deans has reissued a fearless order - keep attacking.

    "This is a very good, mature Springbok side," Deans said.

    "They not only have achievements behind them, they are still stacking them up - as evidenced last week (in beating New Zealand).
