After watching this I am suitably inspired to recommend this DVD to coach Graham.

Half the blokes in the team are journeymen, the good blokes taking up the slack. Then when they falter (the good blokes) the get carpeted in forums such as these by armchair experts. I.e the Pocock thread ffs.

The team needs its stars, but it also needs the new blokes to play as though their lives are on the line.

The coach needs to publicly cut blokes to make an example. Mediocrity should never come to the fore.

If you want the OPPORTUNITY to play Super Rugby, lift.

The JOC farce just made Force management look like a bunch of schoolgirls peeing their favourite party dresses in case the messiah left. Bad example.
