I have, due to unforeseen circumstances, found my self the sole occupant of a 3 bedroom home.

I am willing to make available one of the rooms of my home for a low cost that can be negotiated.

I live in Richmond NSW.

My home has Foxtel as well as a very popular and well appointed beer garden.
