Perth city-goers were a little surprised to see Emirates Western Force players Kieran Longbottom and Mark Swanepoel dangling off the side of the Swan River Bell Tower this morning but they neednâ??t have feared with the boys in the safe hands of WA State Emergency Service Volunteers.
