    Great news for Cummins!!

But not to give Charles a guernsey totally sucks!! (In my humble opinion!)

Is this the team that's been announced, or is it just your thoughts BDavey?

IIRC, the mid-week Scotland match was going to only have Force and Reds players, as we have byes the previous weekend.

Assuming that this is the case, and the team won't include too many players who will play on the Saturday test against Wales (eg, Pocock, Vickerman, Genia, Cooper, Ioane), I'd say:

    1. Slipper
    2. Faianga
    3. Ma'afu/Cowan
    4. Simmons
    5. Sharpe (?)
    6. McCalman
    7. Robinson
    8. Higginbotham
    9. Lucas
    10. Lane
    11. Davies
    12. Faianga
    13. Tapuai
    14. Shipperley
    15. Hynes

    16. Charles
    17. Cowan/Daley
    18. Wallace-Harrison
    19. Hodgson
    20. Sheehan
    21. Mafi
    22. Cummins

I really think they might choose 12 (or more) Reds for a match in Newcastle, and we'd be looking for more Force guys from the bench. Plus, the Reds have won 7 matches to our 2, so do you think the selectors will be looking too hard at any of our boys?

Deans said today, he had flagged that thought of using Force and reds players...out to win .

    Yeah, my bad.
I'd forgotten Lane was out for the year, I just remembered the 10 or so minutes he had and thought he looked excellent, and hadn't realised Tapuai's injuries were that bad.

Plus I'm usually watching in a pub without sound (no Foxtel) and concentrate on the forwards.

They might still get picked ahead of the Force players, though!
