    Club level academies

Was wondering how local clubs academies are doing as this was strongly recommended by RugbyWA to bridge the gap between Prems and Force. Are all clubs running an internal academy?
By all reports Kala academy going well with a core squad of 25 to 30 regulars (between 16s to Prems) achieving good results under Prems coach Josh.

Wanneroo looks good around 30 players at the sessions, mostly premier and reserve grade. They also have a strength and conditioning trainer assisting Tony with the sessions.
