Question City of Cambridge vs JB's

Well, they've done it again! City of Cambridge in all their wisdom have had JB O'Reillys extended license revoked - no car park drinks this week!

Did the liquor licensing board have issues with JB's extended trading area? No.
Did local law enforcement have issues with JB's extended trading area? No.
Did a single local resident lodge a complaint about previous weeks? No.

Just *who* on the Cambridge City Council is pushing this issue, and why?

We'll keep you posted on any developments, but in the mean time - if you are not happy with this decision? Email the following to express you disapproval:

Anyone on the Council have ties to other drinking establishments?
Probably best to leave that as a rhetorical question fellas, for legal reasons, but I know it was (perhaps still is) the case further West when friends of mine wanted to open a bar in an under developed part of the Western Suburbs

    Done: To all the above.

    Subject: What's the go?

Why have the council refused J.B. Oreilly's a car park license? I've only been there once after a Western Force game and it was very civil. I had my wife with me and she was quite comfortable.

Has there been any neighbour complaints?
    Liqour Licensing issues?
    Law and order issues?
Anyone on the council own another drinking establishment in the area?
Does the council think as I do that The Force will break the duck on Friday? That fans will somehow become badly behaved if they do?
