Ok so 1995 the Wallabies are knocked out of the World Cup quarter finals, win it in 1999 and make the final in 2003.

In 1999 England are knocked out of the quarters, win it in 2003 and make the final in 2007.

South Africa are knocked out of the quarters in 2003, win it in 2007......

Anyone for bets on an Australia v South Africa or a New Zealand v South Africa final in 2011?

Shaun - contemplating rugby aparthied? Only those who are world cup holders are allowed to play for it. Great, every 4 years we have a four nation comp - saves time and money, no need to include other (non-english speakers) countries and those nations all have enough grounds.
Sound like a plan direct from the English Rugby Board. that way they ensure they make the final 4 each time.
