JOSH Valentine was a marquee off season signing for the Emirates Western Force, joining the WA side for the 2009 Super 14 after two seasons with the Waratahs.
An exceptional organiser with a bullet pass, Valentine joins his third Australian Super 14 team after beginning his career with the Reds in 2003.
The Singleton-raised scrumhalf played four Tests for the Wallabies in 2006 after rebounding from a serious knee injury which kept him out of the game for a full year.
Despite making just two appearances for the year, ‘Valo’ earned his 50th Super cap during the 2008 season and is aiming to secure a regular starting position at the Emirates Western Force after playing the majority of his time behind Wallabies scrumhalf Luke Burgess at the Waratahs.
