We are seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator to co-ordinate all of our IT needs including desktop support, server and network administration, demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills are an absolute necessity.

To be successful for this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge with the following technologies:

· Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7
· Microsoft Office 2007/2010
· Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
· Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
· Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007
· Microsoft Terminal Services
· Symantec BackupExec
· Mobile devices, including iPhones

Preferred Knowledge:

· Microsoft Sharepoint
· Microsoft SCCM
· Microsoft OCS/Lync
· Virtualisation software, including VMWare
· Networking Protocols, firewalls, routing and IP addressing
· Basic HTML

Tertiary education (TAFE or Uni) and MCSA – MCSE qualifications (or working towards any of these) would be an advantage but is not essential.
