The scrum should be a real opportunity for us with their injury and suspension problems in that area, so we should be looking to scrum at every opportunity with dominance resulting in further penalties and hopefully card(s).
The forwards should be pretty evenly matched, but their backline looks far more dangerous. Disappointing to see we're still persisting with the underperforming McIntyre, but hopefully having Macgregor at 15 to slot into first receiver at times will help spark the attack.
Surely we could do better than Brache starting on the wing? Looking forward to seeing what Olofowela can offer off the bench, as well as Lance getting a crack after missing out for a few weeks.
Based upon the first game where we were competitive but never in the hunt
Their locks ran amok, particularly in mauls on both sides of the ball. We've bolstered our stocks there so hoping that'll not be an issue
Their centres were a handful, but I reckon that was mainly due to good work from the halves we had Lance and Cinelli in the first game and now McIntyre and Cinelli. We can only hope that a few weeks playing together and a look at what they do will fix that
Our centre pairing would have to be our most abrasive, but it appears that kridrani needs a fair bit of momentum to tear it up. Over to the forwards to provide that.
We handled their #1 scrum pretty nicely last time and I think we've got this one covered. Their import prop can't be ready for Sr yet otherwise he'd be rushed into the start, but coming from the Waikato, he'll be big and mobile (likely) and might be a handful.
It's going to be a big ask, but the team is pretty settled, should have some confidence after last week and should be rightly pissed off at the numbers in the W column. I'm hopeful, but not betting all my vcash

I'm home sick today, so thought I'd warm up by watching the last game.
After the first half, I'm astounded at how hard Graham Cooper worked to keep the Brumbies in it. Overruling all his staff to deny the thrush try and making severely soft calls on their maul defense.
As the half went on, you could see the wind leaving the forces sails, they competed aggressively and effectively for probably 20 minutes and then seemed to lose cohesion.
Lance actually controlled that first half really well and kridrani was making trademark big runs in attack.i think they were just beaten down by playing well and not getting any reward.

Just hope we can stay comptetive the full 80 and put on a good display! Really need to work on getting to the try line!
Good to see we've got Nic Berry this evening, who I think is generally pretty good and also has a bit of a better feel for the game. For an aussie ref, I think he calls less technical penalties and concentrates on those that actually affect the game, which helps keep the game flowing.
After seeing what McIntyre can offer for the last few weeks, I'd rather have Lance at 10. Our backline has been standing pretty flat, which suits Lance's style well as he runs at the line more frequently to engage the defense and create space outside him. Distribution might not be quite as good, but his game management is probably better as is his kicking game.
With a good performance off the bench, Jono might claim back the 10 jersey.
Would very much like to see what Miotti can offer, but that doesn't appear to be happening unfortunately.
We need to bring the Brumbies down to our level and beat them with experience.
Can you feel it?
I can
Its time. Time for win number 2. Lock it in Eddie.
Our Forward pack is going to dominate.
Brache will score 2.
Actually, that last one is a bit of a stretch.
Jordan Olowofela will come off the bench and score in the last 5 minutes to take the win.
Make Ravi look like a fool. Put all of your vCash on it. Force for the win!

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

Positive thinking X,
I had a dream last night. I logged into Stan in my dream to watch the Force v Brumbies and clicked on Play Live by mistake, instead of Play from Start. The cameras were in the Force sheds as they were letting rip in a victory song after the game. Then I woke up and never did get the score or details.
Thrush out 😫
Great turn out in Canberra.
I assume the majority of the city are at home protecting their tables from Liberal politicians.
Feeling like we've had delusions of adequacy all week.wonder what we can do if we ever see the football
