    Magners Stay Loyal

And here's our super brains in Government suggesting pulling the alcohol industry from sporting sponsorship

    Magners Stay Loyal

As the worldwide recession sees sponsors pulling out of sports everywhere, the Celtic League received good news this week as Magners has extended its naming rights through until at least May 2011.

The Irish cider manufacturer is in its third season as title sponsor of the league, which includes professional squads from Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

Celtic rugby director David Jordan said in three years of sponsorship, the Magners League has seen increased attendances and substantial improvement in match quality, with Celtic sides winning all European cross-border silverware last season

I look forward to times when the Force have seasons like this.

Dragons schedule for the 2009/10 season that's just about to kick off. Won the opening two friendly games which is a sure sign we'll be at the bottom of the table at the end of it all.
