Hmmm, you don't really buy things unless you plan on using them ... so the intent should obviously be implied...
As for not thinking it was illegal ... how dumb do you have to be?! I mean really! you should question anything that has the potential to be performance enhancing when involved in competative sports ...

Well, I suppose technically he hasn't cheated, yet. But the intent to take the drugs is obvious. And not knowing they were illegal isn't a defense; the onus is on the athlete to know that whatever he's eating/drinking/taking is legitimate.

At the bottom of that story they've got a link to a site where you can buy the stuff - and an add for a rehab centre for later on when your health has been ruined.

Pay per click. On a global scale, the profits are massive for a search engine as big as Google. They might even get a commission on sales. It beats working
