Fairbanks stunned by Wallabies selection
Brumbies utility back Gene Fairbanks has expressed his surprise at being named in the 37-man Wallabies squad for next month's tour of Europe.
I am not... he deserves it, he has had a huge year for the Brumbies especially during the APC.
Adore this life
There is no guarantee
Could end by tomorrow
To me Fairbanks falls into that list of players who are better than average Super 14 players but will never amount to much on the International scene.
Too small and too limited in skill.
Check out how Pocock "disposed" of him in the Stapleton APC try, a one handed bench press!
Sorry Evie, but I reckon Knuckles has wasted a seat on the plane there, I'm with Sage on this one.
"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
Adaquate bench utility comes to mind, but only at Super level.
There are better players out there.
Gene who?
Let's face it, if I (even though I'm not an avid follower of aussie rugby besde the S14) can't figure out who this guy is, surely he's not the best prospect. I hope conolly has seen something of real promise in this guy!
