    My 500th (Edited)

    Just a quick note to thank Coach for all his efforts in making this site great.

    The original post had some jokes which in hindsight were a wee bit strong for this site but were very funny non the less Anyway I decided to remove them and leave you with a little nursery rhyme.

    I guess it's pretty easy to hit 500 when your not allowed out of the house too often!
