In anticipation of the opportunity to interview our new CEO Greg Harris, here is the thread to place the questions you want answers to.
This is not a discussion thread it is for "questions" only.

What is the progress or what will you put forward to the government about the EWF having a rectangular ground ?
I would like to know his exact standpoint/opinion on the stadium issue.
I know the West Australian had a bit where he said one was needed, but maybe just get him to elaborate a bit more on it, is RWA talking to Town of Vincent about the proposed upgrade to MES?
Cheers TiF![]()
will he openly back the efforts of weneedcorners.com?
will he be looking to get more local talent through into the main team as opposed to looking over east?
whats his opinions are on a third tier competition to replace the ARC and facilitate for player development?
Kind of following on from Jono - I've heard his thoughts on Sydney club involvement in any national competition but I haven't heard him say anything about WA's involvement yet. What's his position?
Does he foresee corporate sponsorship levels being maintained, particularly in light of rumours that Firepower may terminate various agreements?
A poor viewing experience at Subi is having obvious effects on memberships numbers. Aside from crossing fingers and waiting for an improved stadium (Kitchener or otherwise), what strategies will he adopt to arrest the decline in the meantime.
Where does he stand on the introduction of a fifth Australian Super team, and the certain exodus of currently-listed Force players? i.e. exactly what we did to the other teams.
or does he see the force being able to retain their key players if a 5th team is established
With the recent announcement that All Blacks players may soon be allowed to play for any side in SANZAR (in an expanded Super 14) does he foresee the Force chasing any All Blacks players?
What his view in general for an expanded Super 14 is?
Why did he apply for the position?
I would like to know his policy on involvement of WF players with their nominated local clubs. Last weekend it was great to see a number playing in the local comp, but there were also quite a few who did not. What about after the end of Super 14 season? Last year some played back in the east. I would hope that there is a more concerted effort for players to be involved locally. I know that there is the trip to the UK, but there are opportunities, before and after that, to play in the local comp.
Has EWF been given details of how the removable seating will work? Whether it can be done overnight? It's likely impact on turf management? What the outcome will be if the turf is being badly damaged? Who will pay for each conversion?
Bunch of petition stuff
- Will the Petition be allowed to be presented at 1/2time during the Brumbies match?
- if MES is upgraded to 25,000 seats and suitable corporate will EWF move to MES for home games?
- Has he spoken to Greg Bauchop or Nick Catania about the MES upgrade?
- is there a provision of service contract for Kitchener Park guaranteeing the reconfiguration of the stadium for EVERY rugby match played there?
- Does this agreement (if it iexists) provide for financial compensation if the ground isn't reconfigured?
- If such compensation is available, would RugbyWA ever consider accepting the compensation, or would they ALWAYS push to play in a rectangular ground?
- Is he available to attend the handover of the petition (at the Brumbies game)
I'm sure I could keep going!
C'mon the![]()

He only started his new post on Monday and it may be several weeks before I am able to carry out this interview, so some of these questions may null and void by then.
But hey keep them coming what ever they are.
Oh and don't worry, I'll be asking him about the cheerleaders as well![]()

how about his thoughts on the blue crew and perhaps having Junior Rugby Players invited to be the blue crew rather then our current crop of generally unappreciative free-loaders

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
